Welcome to ARLA’s Golf Tournament!
The ARLA Annual Golf Tournament has been a tradition for over 20 years and continues to be one of our most popular events. As our membership has grown, so too has the tournament—prompting course changes over the years to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
This event offers a perfect blend of networking and fun, bringing together more than 250 members for a memorable day on the course. Throughout the day, participants connect with fellow members, share information about their services, products, and expertise, and build lasting professional relationships in a relaxed setting.
With great food, fantastic camaraderie, and a lively atmosphere, it’s no surprise that the ARLA Golf Tournament sells out every year. It’s a highlight of our annual calendar and a true reflection of the strong community within ARLA.
Thank you for all the information from ARLA throughout this pandemic. It was a huge help to me in designing our pandemic plan and keeping up with the developments and rules!
Welcome to ARLA’s Annual General Meeting and Christmas Luncheon!
ARLA proudly hosts its Annual General Meeting in conjunction with our Christmas Luncheon each year, creating a signature event that blends important association business with celebration and community. This well‑attended gathering brings together more than 200 members to reflect on the past year, look ahead to the future, and connect with colleagues in a festive, relaxed atmosphere.
Attendees enjoy delicious food, lively entertainment, exciting prizes, and plenty of holiday cheer, making it a favourite on ARLA’s annual calendar. The event also offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for members, including support of the photobooth, cocktails, prizes, entertainment, and luncheon sponsorships.
The AGM & Christmas Luncheon is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments, recognize the strength of our membership, and close out the year together in the true spirit of ARLA.

Our General Meeting Luncheons combine education with networking, giving members the opportunity to stay up to date on industry trends, association news, and best practices while connecting with fellow landlords and service providers in a welcoming setting.
In addition, ARLA’s webinars provide deeper dives into critical subjects such as the Residential Tenancies Act, budgeting and financial management, setting market rents, and other practical tools essential to success in the industry.
