Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure our paper forms are accurately described and carefully packaged before shipment. Please review the policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and mailed every 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and Canada Post or courier delivery schedules.
  • Once an order has been mailed, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and unmarked
    • In clean, resaleable condition
    • Complete and returned with all pages intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the forms only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Forms are damaged, written on, altered, or incomplete
  • The item was correctly identified, shipped, and received but is no longer needed
  • The return request is made outside the stated return period

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The incorrect forms, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at arlateam@albertalandlord.org within the return period.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Please Note:

  • The Alberta Residential Landlord Association reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting any products for return purposes. ​​
